I love hearing what people have to say, especially when it comes to buying and servicing cars. Traci Mayberry contacted me a few months ago about the service department at McCarthy, so I sent her a few new questions to find out what she thinks about buying and servicing her car.

Here’s what she had to say:

Q. What do you drive?

Traci: I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Sante Fe in March 2009.

Q. What do you like about your vehicle?

Traci: I love the size, the body style, the ride, room and affordability.

Q.  What is the MOST important thing to YOU when buying and servicing a vehicle?

Traci: Cost, value, safety, reliability, and style are the most important tangible things when purchasing a vehicle. Trust is the most important intangible thing. If I can trust a dealership to give me a good, fair deal, and honest service, they will have my business for the long term.

As I initially wrote to you .. my vehicle was towed to the McCarthy dealership in Blue Springs where the service department staff was very friendly, professional and most importantly, provided exceptional service that allowed me to have my car repaired and be able to drive it home in just over an hour. The McCarthy serice department exhibited everything I would hope for in a car dealership. I hope my Santa Fe lasts me for years to come, but when it comes time to shop for a new vehicle, I will start — and hopefully end — at McCarthy Hyundai.
