While getting gas late last week, I just had to take an Instagram picture of the pump. $2.99!
Gas prices fell just in time for Thanksgiving travel — the busiest travel time of the year. AAA reported that more than 46.3 million of us would pack up our side dishes and drive more than 50 miles to enjoy turkey dinner. We headed to Manhattan, Kan. — home of the formerly #1 Wildcats (tear). I made my assigned salad and corn pudding at my mom’s house. I’ve never found a way to transport those items without them getting soggy or cold, despite my nifty Pyrex hot pack holder.
Where did you head for the holiday last week? Better yet, with gas prices as low as they are, do you have plans for more holiday travel?
